Our Ethos
MFM-IT is an established Managed Service Provider based in the heart of the Midlands, with a national footprint and over a decade of experience supporting charities, educational bodies, and commercial organisations across the UK.
Founded in 2012 with a clear vision: to provide technically led, honest, and proactive IT support to organisations who want more than just a break–fix service.
We are not salespeople. We are engineers, consultants, and problem-solvers who understand the critical role that well-functioning, secure IT plays in keeping organisations running efficiently and safely. Our ethos is built on honesty, clarity, and consistency — ensuring our clients always get straightforward advice, high-quality support, and meaningful improvements to their IT systems.

Richard founded MFM-IT in January 2012 with the aim of creating a company that prioritised technical excellence and client care. As a former IT engineer, Richard’s focus has always been on quality – ensuring that every solution recommended or implemented is grounded in real-world understanding. Richard Eagles
Chief Executive Officer
Stuart joined MFM-IT in 2017, having previously worked alongside Richard before progressing into Solutions Architecture. With a strong background in designing organisationally transformative solutions, Stuart has worked extensively with Educational and Not for Profit organisations as well as the Corporate Sector.
Stuart provides technical and commercial oversight and strategic support to our Account Management, Projects and Solutions teams

Ash joined MFM-IT in 2020, bringing deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to leading service operations.
With a strong background in high-pressure, SLA-Driven and Customer Service focussed environments, Ash oversees our engineering teams and ensures consistent, high quality support delivery

Peter joined MFM-IT in 2019 with a strong background in IT service delivery, project management and digital strategy. With experience across both technical and business-focused roles, Pete Leads IT Infrastructure Projects, Transformation Programmes and also oversees the Communications arm of the business
